Welcome to SugarMingleExtra. These Terms of Service explain the rules for using our dating, friendship, social discovery, messaging, premium membership, and credit features. By creating an account, signing in, browsing profiles, buying credits, or using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Adult Only Service

SugarMingleExtra is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country if it is higher, to use the service. You may not create an account if you are legally prohibited from using dating or social networking services in your location.

  • You must use your own account and accurate personal information.
  • You may not create an account for another person.
  • You may not use photos or identity details that mislead other members.
  • We may request verification or remove accounts that appear unsafe, fake, underage, or abusive.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for your login details, account activity, profile information, and the content you share. Keep your password private and contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

3. Community Standards

We want the platform to feel welcoming, international, and safe. You agree not to use the service to harass, threaten, shame, exploit, impersonate, scam, spam, or pressure any person.

  • No hate speech, violent threats, sexual exploitation, blackmail, or non-consensual intimate content.
  • No fake accounts, bots, scraping, data harvesting, mass messaging, or automated behavior.
  • No requests for money, bank details, gift cards, passwords, one-time codes, or financial favors.
  • No illegal services, trafficking, weapons, drugs, or content involving minors.
  • No commercial advertising, affiliate promotion, or solicitation unless we approve it in writing.

4. Profile Content

Your profile should represent you honestly. You confirm that you own or have permission to use the photos, text, videos, and other content you upload. We may review, hide, edit, or remove content that violates these Terms, our community rules, or applicable law.

5. Matching, Messaging, and Safety

SugarMingleExtra helps people discover and communicate with each other, but we do not guarantee matches, dates, relationships, friendships, gifts, responses, or outcomes. We do not conduct criminal background checks on every member. Use good judgment, protect your personal information, and report suspicious behavior.

  • Meet in public for first meetings and tell someone you trust where you are going.
  • Never send money or financial information to someone you met online.
  • Use block and report tools for unwanted contact, scams, harassment, or unsafe behavior.
  • Respect consent, boundaries, and local laws in every country where you use the service.

6. Premium Memberships and Credits

Some features require payment, including Premium memberships, credits, gifts, boosts, and other paid tools. Available packages may include 3-day, weekly, monthly, yearly, lifetime, or other plans shown at checkout.

  • Prices, currencies, taxes, and available payment methods may vary by country.
  • Premium features begin after successful payment confirmation.
  • Credits and virtual items have no cash value and cannot be transferred outside the service.
  • Subscriptions may renew automatically if the selected payment method and plan support renewal.
  • You are responsible for cancelling renewal before the next billing date if you do not want to continue.
  • Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

7. International Use

The service is built for a global audience, but features may not be available everywhere. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you, including laws about online dating, communications, privacy, payments, sanctions, and consumer protection.

8. Privacy and Cookies

The service, brand, design, software, logos, features, and platform content belong to SugarMingleExtra or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, sell, reverse engineer, or reuse any part of the service except as allowed by these Terms or by law.

10. Service Changes

We may update, improve, suspend, remove, or limit features at any time. We may also test new layouts, membership packages, safety features, verification flows, or payment options.

11. Account Suspension and Removal

We may suspend or remove accounts, content, messages, or access if we believe a member has violated these Terms, created risk for others, used the service unlawfully, or harmed the community. You may delete your account through account settings where available.

12. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise uninterrupted access, perfect security, specific matches, relationship success, member availability, or that every profile is verified. Use the service with care and personal responsibility.

13. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SugarMingleExtra is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost data, lost profits, failed connections, emotional distress, or disputes between members.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when our service, laws, or business needs change. If a change is material, we may notify you by email, in-app notice, or another reasonable method. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
